I used to jog every day to keep my heart and my whole body in shape. After a few months, I noticed that my knees began to swell often. I realized that by running on unpaved surfaces that I was putting too much pressure on my knees and legs. I decided to try enrolling in a local gym and try out some of the cardiovascular machines. After a few tries on the treadmills I noticed how my performance and condition improved.
