When I went to Thailand recently to visit family and friends, I never even thought about paying travel insurance. I realized that although there was a chance that I would incur losses due to risks like medical expenses while traveling, I believed with all my heart that there is a Supreme Being out there who’s got me covered. Also, I already wiped out all of my money just buying the round-trip ticket so travel insurance was out of the question.
